Founded in 1950, AMSA is committed to improving medical training and advancing reproductive justice.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bacorr.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Bay Area Coalition for Our Reproductive Rights<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nBACORR stands for: free, accessible abortion on demand; no forced sterilizations; universal healthcare; pre- and post-natal care and childcare for all; safe and accessible contraceptives; an end to discrimination against people of color, queer, immigrant, and youth communities; embracing (not controlling or denying) sexuality; providing reality-based sex education in our public schools, and more. Fight back with BACORR!<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cfhc.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">California Family Health Council<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nCFHC carries out its mission by coordinating and supporting the delivery of health services in community-based organizations throughout California. The organization directs funding for providers of family health services, performs advanced research in reproductive health care and contraception, conducts education, training and community outreach efforts, and tests, implements and monitors effective programs.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/cphan.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">California Public Health Association &#8211; North<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nThe California Public Health Association-North provides leadership in public health in California by studying and becoming familiar with public health needs and problems, and by initiating and supporting action to meet needs or remedy problems including education and legislation.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.catholicsforchoice.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Catholics for Choice<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nCatholics for Choice (CFC) was founded in 1973 to serve as a voice for Catholics who believe that the Catholic tradition supports a woman\u2019s moral and legal right to follow her conscience in matters of sexuality and reproductive health.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.centerforpolicyanalysis.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Center for Policy Analysis<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nThe Center for Policy Analysis is the originator of the EQUAL Health Network, which brings together partners from public health, women\u2019s health and the public to advocate for Equitable, Quality, Universal, Affordable \u2014 EQUAL \u2014 health care.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/reproductiverights.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Center for Reproductive Rights<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nThe Center for Reproductive Rights uses the law to advance reproductive freedom as a fundamental human right that all governments are legally obligated to protect, respect, and fulfill. We are legal innovators seeking to fundamentally transform the landscape of reproductive health and rights worldwide, and have already strengthened laws and policies in more than 50 countries.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.choiceusa.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Choice USA<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nChoice USA envisions a world where all people have agency over their own bodies and relationships and the power, knowledge and tools to exercise that agency. We do this through our projects that include our classes, annual conference, paid summer internships, emerging leaders network, student activist group and newsletter.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/emilyslist.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">EMILY\u2019s List<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nEMILY\u2019s List is a community of progressive Americans dedicated to electing pro-choice Democratic women to every level of office. EMILY\u2019s List members believe that the power of women as candidates, as contributors, as campaign professionals, and as voters can bring about great change in our country. Working together, we can make a difference.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.engenderhealth.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">EngenderHealth<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nEngenderHealth is a leading global reproductive health organization that works in 27 countries. In partnership with governments, communities, and health care professionals, EngenderHealth empowers people to make informed choices about contraception, trains health professionals to make motherhood safer, promotes gender equity, enhances the quality of HIV and AIDS services, and advocates for positive policy change.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/feminist.org\/default.asp\" target=\"_blank\">Feminist Majority Foundation<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nThe Feminist Majority Foundation (FMF), which was founded in 1987, is a cutting edge organization dedicated to women\u2019s equality, reproductive health, and non-violence.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/forwardtogether.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Forward Together<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nForward Together (previously Asian Communities for Reproductive Justice) promotes and protects reproductive justice through organizing, building leadership capacity, developing alliances and education to achieve community and systemic change.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/igniteca.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">IGNITE<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nIGNITE was founded in 2009 to develop young women\u2019s political knowledge and ambition and to train them to run for office. We implement a political training program, specifically tailored to the needs of young women. Our model brings the program to any community that wants it, then within that community, builds a cadre of young women who first become civically engaged, then become community leaders, and ultimately pursue elective office.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ipas.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ipas<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nIpas seeks to expand the availability, quality and sustainability of abortion and related reproductive health services, as well as to improve the enabling environment around the world. Ipas believes that no woman should have to risk her life or health because she lacks safe reproductive health choices.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.isis-inc.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">ISIS<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nISIS, Inc. provides innovative strategies and high-tech solutions for sexual health education and access to reproductive health services for underserved youth and young adults in the U.S.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.jacpac.org\/index.php\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Joint Action Committee<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\nJAC is a nationwide membership network dedicated to working through the political process to maintain the special relationship between the US and Israel and support a social agenda that includes reproductive rights and separation of religion and state. JAC serves as a political resource, furnishing information about candidates, elections and issues.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hispanicfederation.org\/index.php?option=com_content&amp;view=article&amp;id=44&amp;Itemid=74\" target=\"_blank\">Latina Sexual and Reproductive Justice Coalition<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nMore than 100 grassroots activists, civic officials and community leaders came together to develop a Latina reproductive rights agenda at the Raising Our Voices Summit on December 13th. Summit participants identified and prioritized a list of 15 action steps needed in 2011 to address existing health disparities and advance the reproductive and human rights of Latinas.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/lsrj.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Law Students for Reproductive Justice<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nA national nonprofit network of law students and lawyers that educates, organizes, and supports law students to ensure that a new generation of advocates will be prepared to protect and expand reproductive rights.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ms4c.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Medical Students for Choice<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nMedical Students for Choice (MSFC) works to destigmatize abortion provision among medical students and residents, and to persuade medical schools and residency programs to include abortion as a part of the reproductive health services curriculum.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/momocrats.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">MOMocrats<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nMOMocrats.com is a site where mothers from across the United States of America come together to write about politics from a parent\u2019s perspective. We represent a variety of professional and educational backgrounds and a range of ages. We come from varied cultural, religious and regional traditions. But we are all mothers. And what brings us together in common purpose is our shared dedication to working toward a fairer, safer, greener, more prosperous and more peaceful future for our children.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a title=\"NARAL Prochoice Arizona\" href=\"http:\/\/www.prochoicearizona.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">NARAL Pro-Choice Arizona<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The mission of NARAL Pro-Choice Arizona is to develop and sustain a constituency that uses the political process to guarantee every woman the right to make personal decisions regarding the full range of reproductive choices, including preventing unintended pregnancy, bearing healthy children, and choosing legal abortion.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.prochoiceny.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">NARAL Pro-Choice New York<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nNARAL Pro-Choice New York, the New York State Affiliate of Pro-Choice America, works to protect safe, legal abortion and expand the full range of reproductive rights for women regardless of age, race or income.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/napawf.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">National Asian Pacific American Women\u2019s Forum<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nNAPAWF is the only national, multi-issue Asian and Pacific Islander (API) women\u2019s organization in the country. NAPAWF\u2019s mission is to build a movement to advance social justice and human rights for API women and girls.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nirhealth.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">National Institute for Reproductive Health<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nThe National Institute for Reproductive Health is an innovation institute for reproductive health care. We offer breakthrough education programs and advocacy strategies proven to expand access to quality reproductive health care. We work with state and local leaders to design new approaches that will remove barriers and improve reproductive health care for all women.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/latinainstitute.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">National Latina Institute for Reproductive Health <\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nThe mission of NLIRH is to ensure the fundamental human right to reproductive health and justice for Latinas, their families and their communities through public education, community mobilization and policy advocacy.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.now.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">National Organization for Women<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nSince its founding in 1966, NOW\u2019s goal has been to take action to bring about equality for all women. NOW works to eliminate discrimination and harassment in the workplace, schools, the justice system, and all other sectors of society; secure abortion, birth control and reproductive rights for all women; end all forms of violence against women; eradicate racism, sexism and homophobia; and promote equality and justice in our society.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/nwhn.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">National Women\u2019s Health Network<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nThe National Women\u2019s Health Network improves the health of all women by developing and promoting a critical analysis of health issues in order to affect policy and support consumer decision-making. The Network aspires to a health care system that is guided by social justice and reflects the needs of diverse women.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.owlsf.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Older Women\u2019s League San Francisco<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nOlder Women\u2019s League San Francisco (OWL-SF) is focused on our mission of improving the lives of midlife and older women by advocating in the areas of health, economic security and quality of life.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ourbodiesourselves.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Our Bodies, Ourselves<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nAlso known as the Boston Women\u2019s Health Book Collective (BWHBC), Our Bodies, Ourselves is a nonprofit, public interest women\u2019s health education, advocacy, and consulting organization.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pathfind.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Pathfinder International<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nIn more than 25 countries, Pathfinder provides women, men, and adolescents with a range of quality health services\u2014from contraception and maternal care to HIV prevention and AIDS care and treatment. Pathfinder strives to strengthen access to family planning, ensure availability of safe abortion services, advocate for sound reproductive health policies, and, through all of our work, improve the rights and lives of the people we serve.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pfaw.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">People For the American Way<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nPeople For the American Way is dedicated to making the promise of America real for every American: Equality. Freedom of speech. Freedom of religion. The right to seek justice in a court of law. The right to cast a vote that counts. The American Way.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.prch.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Physicians for Reproductive Choice and Health<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nPRCH is a doctor-led national advocacy organization using evidence-based medicine to promote sound reproductive health policies.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ppactionca.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Planned Parenthood Affiliates of California<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nPlanned Parenthood Affiliates of California\u2019s mission is to create a personally and politically safe climate in which individuals have universal and unfettered access to sexual and reproductive health service and are free to follow their own beliefs, values and moral code when making decisions about these services. PPAC is the statewide public policy office representing eight independently incorporated Planned Parenthood affiliates. PPAC is a 501(c)(4) organization.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.plannedparenthood.org\/mar-monte\/\" target=\"_blank\">Planned Parenthood Mar Monte<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nPlanned Parenthood Mar Monte improves and transforms the lives of over 250,000 women, men and children every year in 29 counties throughout mid-California and 13 counties in Northern Nevada. We reach people through our medical services, education programs and advocacy initiatives.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.plannedparenthood.org\/shasta-pacific\" target=\"_blank\">Planned Parenthood Shasta Pacific<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nPlanned Parenthood Shasta Pacific (PPSP) provides over 100,000 individuals with health care and education services at more than 30 sites throughout 13 Northern California counties. We reach people through our health care services, education programs, and advocacy initiatives.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/rcrc.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nThe Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice brings the moral power of religious communities to ensure reproductive choice through education and advocacy.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/rhtp.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Reproductive Health Technologies Project<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nThe mission of RHTP is to advance the ability of every woman of any age to achieve full reproductive freedom with access to the safest, most effective, appropriate, and acceptable technologies for ensuring her own health and controlling her fertility.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.rhrealitycheck.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">RH Realitycheck<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nRH Reality Check is an online community and publication serving individuals and organizations committed to advancing sexual and reproductive health and rights.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.scarleteen.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Scarleteen<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nScarleteen is an independent, grassroots sexuality education and support organization and website. Founded in 1998, Scarleteen.com is visited by around three-quarters of a million diverse people each month worldwide, most between the ages of 15 and 25. It is the highest-ranked website for sex education and sexuality advice online and has held that rank through most of its tenure.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sistersong.net\/\" target=\"_blank\">SisterSong, Women of Color Reproductive Justice Collective<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nSisterSong mobilizes women of color around our lived experiences by encouraging collective sustainability; providing a framework that resonates with our lived experience; organizing and mobilizing to affect change.<\/p>\n<div><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/studentaffairs.stanford.edu\/wcc\" target=\"_blank\">Stanford Women&#8217;s Community Center\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>The Women\u2019s Community Center exists to facilitate the success of women students at Stanford by providing innovative opportunities for scholarship, leadership, and activism.\u00a0 Dr. Faith Kazmi is the Associate Dean\/Director.<\/div>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/itrustwomen.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Trust Women Foundation<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nTrust Women Foundation is a national organization founded to carry on the vision that Dr. George Tiller had for women of the world. The organization was formed to protect physicians \u2014 his colleagues \u2014 who are continuing on in his footsteps, and to work in states that have been neglected, to our detriment, by pro-women organizations due to the overwhelming anti-choice environment within those states.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"UniteWomen.org - Trust Women Silver Ribbon Campaign\" href=\"http:\/\/www.unitewomen.org\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>UniteWomen.org<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\nAs a national non-partisan grassroots organization, our mission is to end inequality for women. We will accomplish this by providing voter education and facilitating the mobilization of individual states and a nationwide voice, through our membership, to protect and advance women&#8217;s rights.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.womendonors.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Women Donors Network<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nWDN envisions sustainable and caring communities worldwide that are built on respect for diversity, mutual understanding, biodiversity, and the equitable distribution of wealth and power. We work to build a progressive movement that ensures substantial and enduring change of prevailing systems of inequality, exclusion, and oppression. WDN embraces the core progressive ideals of peace; human rights; feminism; and social, political, economic, and environmental justice.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.womensmediacenter.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Women\u2019s Media Center<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nThe Women\u2019s Media Center works with the media to ensure that women\u2019s stories are told and women\u2019s voices are heard. We do this in three ways: through our media advocacy campaigns; by creating our own media; and by training women to participate directly in media.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/wvwv.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Women\u2019s Voices. Women Vote<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nUnmarried Americans are the fastest-growing large demographic in the country and a majority of Americans will live with an unmarried head of household. But despite their numbers, unmarried Americans are under-represented in national elections and their voices are not being heard in our democracy. Women\u2019s Voices.
